Not to mention their franchise player Russell has gotten worse instead of better. They are barely getting any production out of any of their recent first round picks of Russell, Mcfadden, and Heyward-Bey.

Al Davis also gave Gruden some time to coach his team and make them better. Davis didn't like what Gruden did either though, traded him and ended up getting beat by him in the Superbowl. They got alot of picks for Gruden, but I'm having a hard time seeing that they used them well since their record has been so awful since then.

I'm telling ya, judging Kiffin on anything that happened in Oakland is dumb. That is the place where coaching and playing careers go to die.
